Productivity and implementation / Vienna / German and English

You know the method.
I build the system around it.

I set up digital work systems that are still standing after the third hectic month. No slides, no checklist to take home. We build it together, in your tools, until it runs.

01 The problem

It worked for two weeks. Then everyday life came back.

You read the book. Maybe you even did a training. It worked as long as you remembered to keep it up.

That is rarely your fault. It happens because method and tooling are taught separately. The trainer explains contexts and next actions but has never seen your calendar permissions. The IT consultant cleans up the tool stack without knowing what you need it for.

Most productivity consultants stop where your IT starts. I sit on both sides.

20 years of my own practice

I do not teach Getting Things Done because I read the book. I have worked this way for twenty years.

04 Built here

I do not recommend software I would not build myself.

My software is called Space System because it does what my work with people does: it makes room for what matters.

In practice it is a desktop app for tasks, notes and files. Everything sits in real folders on your disk, as Markdown. No account, no forced cloud, no proprietary format.

Written down

What comes up in the work, written down so I do not have to explain it twice.
