Why your inbox is full again
Inbox Zero rarely fails for lack of discipline. It fails because there is no place for an email to go when it leaves the inbox.
Over 3,000 people trained. In IT since 1998.
I build productivity systems for people and teams that also work once the technology is involved. No slides, no checklist to take home. We build it together, in your tools, until it runs.
Certified GTD trainer. Based in Vienna, working in German and English, for companies and for individuals.
You read the book. Maybe you even did a training. It worked for two weeks, then everyday life came back.
That is rarely your fault. It happens because method and tooling are taught separately. The trainer explains contexts and next actions but has never seen your calendar permissions. The IT consultant cleans up the tool stack without knowing what you need it for.
I sit on both sides.
I build your digital work system. Not as a course, but as an implementation: in your real tools, with your real material, until it stands. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Apple.
A survey for teams. What works, what is duplicated, what costs time every day. The result is a rebuild plan you can carry out without me.
Analysis and implementation inside daily work. Billed as a project with a result. I have worked in IT since 1998 and I know what gets through in a large company and what does not.
Ongoing support for executives and founders. Monthly, open-ended, on real cases.
In over 300 trainings and coaching engagements. Certified GTD trainer. Industries: energy, banking and financial services, pharma, automotive, startups.
I do not teach Getting Things Done because I read the book. I have worked this way for twenty years and I have been trading notes with practitioners ever since.

A format I created and lead every Friday. One hour, closed group. Two entry windows per year, a waiting list in between.
Siemens / Next47, Artesyn / Emerson, Salamander before that. From networked point-of-sale systems through global end-user infrastructure to the fully cloud-based architecture of a corporate venture arm.
Responsible for operations and IT. Cross-departmental project management and productivity across the company. I applied there what I teach, with full accountability for the result.
A desktop app for tasks, notes and files. Local, with no forced cloud. I build it myself. Take a look
Notes on method and tools. What comes up in the work, written down so I do not have to explain it twice.

The technical hurdle is almost never the problem. What kills projects is ownership, the works council agreement, and the question of who maintains the thing in two years.
Not a sales call. You tell me where things are stuck, I tell you whether and how I can help.
